Australia's first train launched without driver

The country's first unregistered train started its journey in Sydney, Australia. New South Wales Chief Minister Gladys Bergeleon inaugurated the train on Monday.

This unmanned train will connect Sydney's Northwest with Chatswood. The government has spent more than $ 8 billion for the 36-kilometer long railway and unmanned train. There will be 13 stations across the whole railway. The new railway line has the ability to train every two minutes. But every 4 minutes, non-driveless trains are expected to run faster on the go.
Chief Minister Gladys Bergerikyan said, "This new level train will play a role in reducing traffic congestion in Sydney, especially in busy Sydney."
